Without doubt, in our opinion,
the best toothbrushes in the world
are the Braun Oral-B Professional Care series and the Philips Sonicare series. We recommend both but we don't stock either of them. There are two reasons for this: 1. We couldn't supply them as cheaply as Amazon; 2. Our hygienists would feel awkward promoting relatively expensive products if their recommendation could be construed as a 'sales pitch'.

By the way, one of our hygienists, Lesley, believes that most people will find it easier to get a great result with the Brauns because the Sonicare brushes depend a little more on using the correct technique.
