If you're coming on the train to New Street, go up the escalator into the Pallasades shopping centre and leave by the ramp down on to New Street. The road opposite you is Corporation Street (Sorry if you know this already). Walk up Corporation street, past House of Fraser (Rackham's). Immediately after H of F is Bull Street. On the other side of Bull Street on the left is a large building with a pedestrian arcade through the middle. The arcade is The Minories. We're in there on ground floor, about half way along on the right hand side.
If your train comes in to Snow Hill, go out of the front of the station. Across the road (Colmore Row) in front of you, you'll see The Great Western Arcade. Go through there and turn left at the end. The Minories is straight ahead.
